A smaller piece broke off and fell in its own burn. It was bluish hot like the flame from a propane torch. I am a light smoker, outside only. As I walked outside theirs this big toad on the ground where he always is. I talk to him.lol He just sits their not scared. If I was not talking to him,  I would have seen the fire ball go all across the sky.

 It was close, not a far off shooting star. I read everything everywhere  for days and not one mention of this falling fire ball. I live up North on the Oregon California border, on the cali side.
